Customer satisfaction

Also called Gap 5 occurs as 'Gap 1' to 'Gap 4' increase. In any of these elements, one to four, the expectations of the customer may not be equal to their perceptions of the quality of the episode of service they have received.

1.Listening gap (common)

Listening gap: Provider does not understand what is customer expectation,The gap occurred because , the customer does not maintain the time ,they call for support or know about new service when employees are getting outside in the office,
Other important point is that ,Data center is newly introducing service organization,that’s why they can’t easily get customer expectation fulfill. 



Our organization is a service provider and it is a  software base company, our head programer is only one person,He is skill,educated,hard worker, but he can’t be maintain all the terms at a time as a single person .
